Here's my mini review of last night's show:

I wasn't wild about Flipsyde probably b/c I was still setting up and eating when they hit the stage. They struggled with audience participation.

The Pussycat Dolls didn't have to struggle. I have to admit that they put on a great show but I had to put up a front . Nicole and Melody impressed me with their singing. In fact I think I was the only one listening to the vocals.

My second time seeing BEP and they kicked major a$$ at Chastain I stayed on my feet the whole time! My favorite part was during "Shut Up" when Will and Fergie were adlibbing and Will said he wanted a woman who made waffles and grits. Plus he wanted a Waffle House type of woman (Sorry, Will, I'm an IHOP lady). Later, Taboo hopped into the pit area to see what everyone was eating and someone gave him something to drink.Then he came over to the box seats, where I was sitting. I would have gladly given him some of my Boston Market dinner but he went to the back. Once he got back on stage, he asked the crowd if anyone had some shrimp and some one threw him a couple of pieces.
Fergie did an excellent "Don't Lie"/"Sweet Child 'O Mine" riff and even did her best Axl Rose impression.I took some grainy pictures with my phone and a woman behind me tapped me on the shoulder to find out if my pictures were turning out. I told her they were not quality photos, and she said if they had turned out well that she would have given me her e-mail address.
After the show Will said it would not be their last time visiting Atlanta. We all cheered (though I would love for BEP to come back to Nashville ). I also think they enjoyed the picnic layout of Chastain, and the audience did a great job with their participation (especially my section!)
