I do not believe there is anyway of buying the cd anymore, you may be able to find it on ebay or from a fan who bought more then one. if you would like I can upload the tracks for you.

I have fire on CD. I bought it from someone online and would be willing to trade for a copy of this CD if anyone is interested. I just have to find the CD now.lol
