it's 1:36am on friday morning, nov. 7 (?). when i read about stacy being addicted to methamphetamines earlier this evening, it kind of threw me for a loop and sent me thinking. i thought about that was probably a catalyst for the girls breaking up, which led to me pondering why they didn't tell any of their fans when, why or how they broke up...they just left it. that, in turn, left me thinking why stacy is finding success on her own with the BEP, getting recognized and actually has a gold record, which was one of the things she said she hoped to achieve in her lifetime during the "wild orchid phase". and why stefanie and renee are still struggling just to get recognized and doing side projects that none of the fans know about except renee doing "kidz bop 4." it's just whenever stacy gets interviewed i just look forward to the interviewer digging up her secret past of being an orchid and to have her explain why she left them to become a pea and to let people know that she wishes her friends all the luck in the world, but to only be let down when nothing is mentioned of it. it feels like slap in the face to stef, renee, and all the fans that have stood by them through the years. and i still wonder: are they all still friends, and why doesn't stacy EVER mention them? why are stef and renee working their asses off only to keep running place, or worse...falling even further behind. i would just love to sit stacy down and ask her all of these things and get inside her head, or even better...stef and renee as well. thanks for reading my ranting and bitching! i hope it made sense, since it's so early in the am!  |

Yeah.
You know what else is weird? Is it just me, or does "Fergie" seem unusually quiet to you? :-/Stacy was always so full of energy, and pretty much led all the WO interviews. Now she hardly talks at all. I don't think its the drugs, since she's off them. People with personalities like hers don't go from extroverted to introverted like that without something traumatic happening. So what was it?

I just caught BEP on the MTV Europe Awards (I don't know if it's a re-airing or not). One of my friends told me she thinks Fergie tries to dance like Shakira, and I'm sort of inclined to agree. Plus, she was close to busting out of the little striped top she had on. She lost a little of the spotlight, though, when Justin showed up. I know what I said in my last post, but on stage is the only time she still acts like the old Stacy.

I noticed the Shakira thing too on the Sharon Osbourne show. Needless to say, it was annoying....LOL Stacy to me is the kind of person that needs to be on the stage, needs to be in the spotlight, and craves fame. I'm not saying that all of that is bad, but, sometimes craving those things can lead to destruction. She's been there done that. Be careful for what you wish for, for you might get it.

When she was on Sharon Osbourne's show, she seemed upbeat during the interview. As a former extrovert, you can have your moments of being really outgoing, then there are other times that you want to be quiet. I understand the situation, whatever it may be. |
