I was on the BEP board and there was a post asking what Stacy was like before joining the group, and Will responded:

she didnt have the freedom she has with us...
but she has always been fergie...
sweet, powerfull voice, beautiful...
but what i think happened when she joined us she opened up...

Yeah. He's right It felt like she was trapped in a cage all them years. Since RCA gave the group alot of problems. It must have been hard for her. I'm happy that she is finally able to release herself from that cage. She's worked so hard.
