The new craze is strippercise. Grandmums, mums, and even great-grandmums are getting into this new form of exercise. Not many people realize that stripping is very empowering. You are in total control of the situation. It's like your're on this never-ending high just dancing to the music. It is my belief that every woman has a secret stripper hidden somewhere in side of her. It also keeps the sparks between you et your partner very hot! It may sound silly and even down-right intimidating but, you'll never truly know unless you try it.
