new song from Renee!

I stumbled upon a song performed by Renee in 2005. It's called "Love From Afar" from the soundtrack Just Friends. She sings backup vocals and it's a short but cool little ditty. It's confirmed on imdb.com (where Renee is listed as Renee Sands) that she is a performer on the song. I just bought the track on iTUnes. The lead singer is actually atrocious, but hey, at this point I'll take whatever I can get since I miss Renee's singing voice so much!

In other Renee news, imdb.com shows that she's in a movie called "California Indian" currently in post-production for release in 2007. She plays a character named Young Darlene.
